Why we started
Anyone who has called an AC technician in Hyderabad during May knows the problem: no-shows, vague prices and repairs that fail a week later. CoolSaathi — “your cooling companion” — exists to fix that.
How we work
- One booking, one point of contact. You book with CoolSaathi and we stay responsible for the job from start to finish.
- Verified technicians. We work with experienced Hyderabad AC technicians whose ID and work quality we check before they join.
- Published prices. Our rate card is public, and every repair is quoted before work starts.
- 30-day warranty. If the same problem returns within 30 days of our service or repair, we send a technician back free of charge.
- Feedback after every job. We check with you after each visit and act on complaints quickly.
Where we work
We cover all of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. See our service areas.
CoolSaathi is an independent AC service provider and is not an authorised service centre of any AC brand.
